Project, Programme and Portfolio Management

For service contracts, we apply good practice from industry project and programme standards, and merge them with good practice from complementary service management frameworks such as ITIL.

We passionately believe that the key to successful project management and delivery of the objectives is to manage and mitigate the risks identified at the outset and be prepared to ‘flex’ the plan as risks either impact or change, or client objectives alter.

Plans follow project management principles with options for milestone control points, earned value management and progress reviews depending on the preferred and/or best practice customer process requirements. Tailoring will always be dynamic and flexible, and always remains under review.

Our Chief Engineers take responsibility for technical quality across a project or programme with the Security Director and Engineering Manager having ‘Chief Engineer’ responsibility within our Threat & Risk Management and ICT & Engineering Sectors respectively.
